★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited my Burger Empire for nearly 1 hour to be served !!! The reason the waiter gave to me is the chef follow the order list. Order list???!!! But why the F**k some new couple just came after my order have been made, already got their order?!!! This is unacceptable to make the customer waited for 1 hour without the customer being noticed by the waiter itself.
Asked for the manager, the manager name Que came and 'sincerely' apologise regarding my 1 hour nap time waiting. He gave the reason there is not enough chef because of public holiday. Sooo if the chefs were not F**king enough, why the F**k the next customer (couple) already got their order before me??!!!! He cannot answered and just apologise.
Just tell me the truth that your chef forgotten to cooked my order, he/she cooked others order and just realised that my order have not done yet (after myself asked the waiter why my order not habe been served yet). I will not get angry if you tell me the truth. This is my first time experience such an unprofessional services in NYSS. Not like NYSS in MidValley. They always satisfied me with good service. I will not recommended this NYSS at MM. This is my first and last visit here? Not even worth for 1 star. Should be no star.

Service : Acceptable...
Food : Obviously western... not bad...
Ambiance : Acceptable...
Reason dine-in : Attend Wedding dinner for close family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor food quality and services. other customers who come after us, already get their dishes.2 hours me and family wait for a food serve on the table.the apologies from your side can't settle this problem.the staff try to serve our dish with FOC. but it's not about money.the issue is services.for the next time, please improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent. Value for money. The meat cooked to my likings. Ordered wagyu beef, onion with shrooms. Certified Halal is definitely a plus point.

From the reviews I read here, this issue has been recurring for many months and it is apparent the owner/management is not concerned about their service issues. The waitress tried to give us some excuse about their kitchen problems on this particular day but we highlighted to her that this problem has been around for many months from the reviews that we had read and thus her excuse is not valid.
