★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mosque under the purview of the Malaysian Armed Forces Religious Corp. Well maintained and managed. Occassionally on certain Fridays the imam would deliver his sermon wearing the army uniform. This new mosque were built joining the old mosque located on the north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pride of the armed forces. Quite a big masjid but the space outside is rather small with limited parking. Thankfully they have provided an open space opposite the masjid to cope with the increased parking demand. Had undergone a considerable expansion sometime in the late 90s into the early millennium. Fading memories of the old mindef masjid where the main prayer hall and the peripheral praying area was separated by a big pool for ablution on the right side of the masjid. Now main prayer hall is comfortably air-conditioned, and a small room for funeral arrangements sits on the left of the building. Early signs of lack of maintenance beginning to show. Hoping that the mgmt committee will remain vigilant in the upkeep of this respectable masjid which has assumed the name of The Holy Prophet's (pbuh) trusted warrior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large masjid to cater not only the surrounding residential areas but also the staff of MinDef.
Large prayer halls and it seems like a combination of two masjids.
Something to learn from this masjid is that everytime after solat fardhu, the Imam and the makmum will take their time to read a few ayahs from a certain surah and recite together. ??

From maghrib to isya', the mosque opens for all to enter, and shelter people from heavy rain and potential flash floods, unlike other mosques which open only on certain timeframes.
