★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the building and the area, the security guard staff are very outgoing and friendly.
The only super bad thing in the building is the car parking, is a very narrow parking and you may need to spend 5 minutes to reach your car park, especially if you have a big van or a big car
and of course will not forget to mention how bad is the management team, they are dealing with residents as kids, super rude and irresponsible people.

Parking is a bit problem for visitor or relative to come. You need to park at the road side and good luck for its condition.
You may need to travel a bit to get groceries.

They have a lot of facilities that can be enjoyed. The pool has a tape around so I am not sure of they closed it again. But apart from that, the 8th floor has a lot of spots to chill and have a chat with your friend/s if you are bored in your unit.
Speaking of unit, units are well maintained and spacious enough. Location is also a plus because it is near KLCC and is walking distance to Dato Keramat market and LRT.
