β β β β β The staff there are not friendly and helpful, I stood there for like 15 minutes and wanted to buy something. But they are not serving. One of the guy is doing something else instead of serving the customer that stood there for 15 minutes. Bad customer service experience.

β β β β β Staff are so judgmental ? didnβt intend to go Pavi but my feet brought me there. And thought of upgrading my skincare as I have heard of good reviews on Kiehls products. I used baggy pants with a simple white top. Upon walking in, the staff noticed and minded their own businesses - one with phone, and two other were talking. Another customer walked in and they were like, βHiiii, welcomeeeβ and immediately entertained her. Another customer came in and was treated the same. In the end, all three sales person were with their customers and left me all alone to choose. I was there for more than 30mins just hoping that one of them would come up to me and assist me but no, as the customers left, they didnβt even look at me and cared to ask anything.
I was really interested to purchase the pore daily cleanser and the masque but since they were being judgemental with the way customers dress up (rich ones they treat like kings and queens while commoners like me are an eyesore) , hence I stepped out after awhile. Didnβt think I belong there.
Told my aunt about it and she said she experienced the same thing at the same outlet when she went there barely dressed up, but when sheβs in an extravagant dresses or clothes which she wears to work, they treated her like nobody elseβs matters.
Fyi, people donβt need to look rich to be treated well and we come to purchase items in the store you work in, not the store that belongs to you. So treat your customers equally and gently!

β β β β β The staff are welcoming, helpful and accommodating. However, some of the promo posted in their fb page are somehow not communicated to them, therefore was not honoured. PM the fb page since nov 7 but no updates on it yet. Always always double check on promo posted on their fb page before your purchase. It was gullible of me not to check, never again.

MidValley - (Female staff with short hair, Chinese )
During calendula event, they didnt perform first come first serve base just because i am wearing extranormal home shirt and sandal.
Even complaint did at outlet also useless as their supervisor also use the same attitude

A male staff name service truly uncomfortable
When I recycled 8 empty clean bottles can redeemed for 2 items- 1 toner 1 mostuiriser, when ask questions about the toner, just feel like being ignore and need to take the bottlee and look myself

The only outlet remember to whatsapp me about the overnight masks(Ginger leaf & hibiscus)
*I did ask many outlet to text me when got stock fot this mask as out of stocks for so many months until I cant count it
But I aldy bought before receiving their whatsapp
My visit to Kiehls become less and lesser
Purchasing amouny also from 4 digits to 3 digits
