โ โ โ โ โ My cousin had an unpleasant experience due to the outlet managerโs bad customer service. He disallowed customers to enter the restaurant and sit down even though there were plenty of empty tables during weekday lunch time. After customers have checked with him numerous times whether can go in and sit down first, he replied โNO, because just 2 staffs working.โ Is it customerโs fault that the outlet is having understaffed problem?
It is common sense and basic courtesy to let customers sit down and wait since seats are available inside. Furthermore, there were small children and elderly.
He also seems to be adopting preferential discriminating practice which is totally unacceptable. When it was my cousinโs turn, after he confirmed that it was just my cousin and her kids , he again asked her to stand outside and wait regardless of the fact that she was carrying a toddler. When asked whether they could wait inside, he said NO and walked away. Was he trying to chase customers away by creating such a long waiting queue.
I sincerely hope Kim Gary management will look into this and improve on the much needed customer service since many negative reviews have been given by other customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Very very bad service. My second time order teriyaki chicken rice. It comes without teriyaki sauce. First time order they also did not give Teriyaki sauce and I thought ok maybe too busy so they forgot. Now second time order and it's not lunch hour yet and I ordered before the Foodpanda apps shows delivery earliest 10.30am. They did not give Teriyaki sauce. Ordered jumbo sausage but come normal sausage. Very very bad. This will be last time I order or eat in this KIM GARY BUKIT TINGGI KLANG. I'm paying the price with incomplete meal. And you expect kids to eat it dry.. ??? if it's not compulsory to rate 1 star minimum, I will not give any star at all.

However the service is slow. Waited for 30 minutes for my dinner. Well they are Busy, I am still ok with it.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to Kim Gary Bukit Tinggi today (Sunday) to have lunch with my mum. There is a few people waiting in Q for table. I think is the supervisor or manager very kind to help me charged my phone as I run out of battery. Although its lunch hour and it's busy but he still offer to help me charge my phone. Very good service and friendly staff ?

โ โ โ โ โ Understand digitalization of the menu is a trend, but really wished they could have done it better. It's really a pain to order for a family. Finding items are really a horrendous experience. Food quality is still tip top as per usual. Tons of choices on menu to satisfy your different carvings.

โ โ โ โ โ The food is majority in Hong Kong style. The taste is acceptable with standard amount. Tried the famous cheesy rice but the taste is lacking of cheese and a bit disappointed. For the other noodles, the taste is nice. The free sour and spicy soup is delicious and the free drink, nice!

โ โ โ โ โ The waitress and waiter serving very bad...food also not delicious the pork chops is very hard and difficult to eat. The coffee also bad. And most of the mee is just maggi and just put some food above and sell expensive.You call this hong Kong style? like this I also can open a restaurant already, I cooked the maggi and I give the maggi a high-class name. Then I already can sell it with expensive price. 2.The server macam don't want serve people one, muka busuk. How come you want us to give 10% serving fee and give the serving like this?! Very bad experience at here and I won't come again!
