β β β β β Kind reminder to not go here hungry or you'll become very hangry!
Sat ourselves and got our own menu-not a good first sign, placed our order and then saw the star rating on google so no more expectation. Drinks came after several reminders and when we're almost done eating. F&B were a hit and miss. Noodles had wok hei but the sago in my red bean sago drink was raw. Dine at your own risk!

β β β β β I like their baked cheese rice, with one the sauce (i forgot the name) on it.
The waitress is very friendly and enthusiastic in introducing the food and drink to us.
The only cons is that I want to sit at the table beside window. However, I have been asked by one of the waiter to move to another table because that particular table is for 4 pax.
I felt ridiculous as there is no customer at that moment and is it wrong for 2 pax to sit at the table beside window?

β β β β β I am giving 5 stars for service as I would like to commend the excellent service provided by your staff, a young man named Ng Qi Zhou. As soon I was seated he quickly came over with a menu and as the restaurant was very busy he recommended which dishes I should order so as to reduce my waiting time He was very polite and helpful, constantly checking if I enjoyed the meal. I observed that he was the most hardworking staff on duty and was very efficient in clearing the tables and delivering the meals. You should be very proud and happy that you have such a good staff member which makes alot of difference to a diner choosing to patronize your restaurant. Food wise the meal I ordered was not bad and I only waited less than 15 minutes to be served.

β β β β β Worst dining experience ever. Was informed that have to wait 35 minutes for food due to lack of staff. Understandably due to the New Year crowd and seeing that this is the only restaurant with the least people we decided to wait.
Coffee tastes awful and two of our food items failed to be delivered after almost an hour, waiter came to inform that the kitchen having electrical problem and couldn't prepare the food that we ordered.
Staff should be more prompt in informing customers and not making us wait for nothing.

β β β β β Worst service i had so far. I didnt enter the restaurant yet and then there is a waitress came to serve you. She is listening to her earphone while serving you. So she yell at you and is not giving response to you. She is not willing to serve you at all but still came to serve you. Very unprofessional.
Thanks to this waitress noone is sitting at the restaurant at all. They should consider closing their shop.

β β β β β Just another branch of Wong Kok Char Chan Teng. Offer wide variety of hong kong style food. Love their cheese bake rice, but today i tried the stir fry ramen which is very delicious, still has the wok hei. Try their milk tea as well.

β β β β β Food taste average. Depending on what u get some taste nicer then others.
Presentation/plating is below average. The rice dishes always seem quite sad.
Price is mid range. Roughly rm10-15 per person.
Environment lighting is nice, warm, cosy, seats are comfy enough.
Staff is almost non existent. Very understaffed. When I wanted to submit my order there was no staff to be seen. When I finished my meal and went to pay. There was just 1 lady on the phone multi tasking while serving me. I assume another customer ordering.
Can pay with cash card and ewallet.
