★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried their facial, their staffs technic wise so so(especially extraction, massage, wash)
Somemore i found out they didnt have a proper 'official' way of doing wash, massage
I noticed that different staff different way of massage, but as long as it is good it doesnt matter
Knowledge wise still ok, the leader(not sure how it called) have the best knowledge for taking care of skin
Overall still ok, if can improve washing step will be better, and strength

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, hang up my phone in the middle of conversation saying busy. I asked for nitrile glove, she asked me what colour is the box.. I mean it could have been any brand, any colour.. Just have to check if nitrile..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting from the states and have visited MagicBoo three times and shopped extensively for myself as well as gifts for others back home. Today was my third visit, and I was followed by one employee around the store for about 20+ minutes. At first I thought I was just overthinking. But then I started moving around, obscuring myself from her vision and she would pop up in every corner and pretend to fix something on the isle next to me, following and following me despite the fact that there were multiple people in the store. It was so uncomfortable and highly offensive, discriminatory, and overtly racist. I have no doubt it is because of the way I presented myself as a darker skinned Indian woman (despite the fact that I was born in America). What an awful, awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought their hair products from Italy. The product smells weird. I have stopped using. I think this company sell bad quality products at high price (RM140++). My husband ask me to throw away and don't buy from them anymore. Warning to other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unethical sales people from this shop. They will simply tell you they have good products and keep asking you to buy. They don't really care if the product suits you or not. After using their product my hair condition became worse than before. I really regret buying from them, never again ?
