★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely furniture but very unfriendly staff- he doesn’t look like a msian- I was keen on purchasing a sofa but with that cldnt be bothered attitude fr the staff- I wasn’t going to spend my money on a shop that isn’t too keen on serving their customers!! Bad service fr IPC N BSAR BRANCH !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with my family to buy an L-shaped sofa. Our budget was rm30k. Simple enough right? Definitely not! NO ONE attended to us! They pretended to be busy with other customers without even having the courtesy of, “apologies we will attend to you shortly.” In fact, they avoided our gaze completely, especially that one rotund chinese middle-aged female sales assistant. I don’t know if she is racist or lazy. I found much better service at harvey norman a few doors away. The shop should put a sign at the entrance saying they only prefer a certain group of customers with that certain racial demographic. Truly repulsive experience!
