★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place in late December 2020. It is quite huge, lots of beautiful choices. Wanted to buy plenty of furniture but due to limited budget, I settled on a 3-seater sofa to complete my "home theater" experience. Got it at a very reasonable price. Good salesperson named Fennie, attended to my every request and she made sure the whole process is being taken care of.
Obviously will visit this place again (once I built again my cash reserves lol) in the near future. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Beware from buying here. Once you made the payment. No followup. You have to call and chase them. Empty promises. They say they going to send but didnt follow the stated timing. Sales team ask you to call logistics yourself. When you call logistics they dont pick up your call. I am right now waiting for my items while posting this. Very irresponsible and painful process. They dont call to update you. If they going to reply my review and said it is a rare incident, make your own judgement and see if you buy it ok; and good luck to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience visiting the store. Sales rep was attentive but not too in your face, which we appreciated. Attended to all of our queries on the sales, delivery, etc. The outlet itself is huge, although not as big as the outlet in Citta Mall. But the flow and arrangement here is much better. Recommended if you're looking for decent furnitures at reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had absolutely the worst experience here. Terrible & rude manager. All she was interested in was signing me up to their rewards program. Despite buying an expensive cabinet, did not arrange delivery and gave me a defective product. I even have to assemble it myself! Offered no help at all. It took 2 trips by their service people and a whole month to resolve. In the first service session, they even damaged my cabinet. Luckily the 2nd service was decent.
A special thanks to a very young sales exec, Jordan, who was diligent, patient and ensured my problem was solved. Kudos to him. If not for him my problem would not have been resolved.
UPDATE: The store contacted me to find out what happened and were very apologetic. Their new manager spoke at length to find out the issue with my experience. For that reason, I have amended my rating.
