★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet and staff are really friendly and take the trouble to explain what's wrong with our pet. They show a genuine care for animals. It sells some supplies and pet food, too as well as provide pet relocation services. Consultation is by appointment but walk ins are acceptable, provided you can wait or there are no patients at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced vet and friendly staff. They really care for your pet and service is good. The vet took the trouble to explain the issue with my pet in detail. Charges very reasonable compared to other clinics. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my cockatiel here because he was very sick. The doctor Dev was very rude and just said that it was poor diet but that was not the case because I provide quality food. He was very rough with my bird and kept complaining about him. He just gave an antibiotic without having any actual proper examination. After I took him back home, he became even worse than he was before I brought him and died one week later. Will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in this clinic for my cat vaccination, they were nice people and very well with animals so i give them 3 stars, but later i went to another clinic near my house for my cat vaccination and when I show them the passport of my cat with the information about the vaccination, they said we normally do not recommend this kind of vaccination and in fact it is not effective at all. and also it is good to mention that I payed here for 80rm for vaccination but the other clinic they charge me 45Rm. i am not an expert and not a vet, and i was ready to pay like same price to the new clinic so could have just say the same thing. but i share my experience with others and there is sth for sure that in this clinic, they know better how to control aggressive and angry animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor DEV is One of the best veterinary surgeon I've ever come across in past 14 years of dealing with my pets' health. Very knowledgeable and straightforward approach.
Extremely clean and well equipped clinic and surgery. Very professional staff and extremely helpful and friendly service.
Thanks to all the staff members who saved my Niki girl's life during the surgery.
Highly recommend to anyone who has pets old and serious health conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my red eared slider there few months ago, the doctor was late and rude and keep telling me to buy a big tank instead of actually telling me what can i do for my red eared slider within my ability. I'm not sure if that's how he normally talk but i felt like i paid him to scold me out of nowhere. However the staff were very friendly.
