★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was for my wife's bday, we opted for couple package. The price is reasonable Considering almost 5 hours! Service provided by Ms Lisa was wonderful. They decorated a place for a 'happy birthday' section (which this is really a big effort from the team, without our request). They also gave a complimentary birthday cake. Thanks again Lisa!
As for other services, we really enjoyed facial treatment, floral bath and high tea. The package comes together with pick up services too). Overall, Exceeded our expectation.
We're sceptical at first with this place based on the existing reviews. But the experience and how Lisa treated us support otherwise. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awesome experience. from the time discussing about the package with Miss Wen till the day of the treatment.. we choose ozmosis tropical paradise package which overall satisfying.. miss wen had kindly booked the ascot outlet for us.the staffs, Miss Supridah and Miss Mach r professional and accomodating to our request.. after the treatment, theres hi- tea waiting for us. really recommend the place to get any good massage and facial..

Part 2
When it was my turn to pay, they had to deduct the deposit paid and they end up owing me RM76. This is when AC came and said that we should have deducted the deposit from the whole payment and then made the payment. I told her that they should have said that first and also now that the others have done their payment an we just do what is to be done now, which is to refund me RM76. Rule number one in customer service is you solve the problem and not complaint and tell the customer your problem. I have been in service industry for a decade, and this is what I have been doing; I solve the problem for the customer and get them to leave happy and I handle the headache of sorting things out afterward. Anyways, they didn’t have RM76 to give me so I left my name and account details for them to transfer the amount and till today (20 May 2022) I haven’t heard from them. My pregnant sister-in-law said that she had the worse facial as well and same goes to her pedicure. Apparently, they were patronising her and the nail colours were old and dried up. The ladies in my family go to spas often, we get massages and facials. We do mani and pedi at least once a month. So, when we said our experience was the worst, we mean it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during my birthday for body scrub & massage. Did coffee body scrub - felt that the scrub is too fine & they didn’t scrub well. But the smell is good. The massage is ok but not on point. The partition of room is badly done. Can hear the next door & no noise cancellation - noisy! Cannot relax well. Price medium affordable. Please book ahead.
