★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time going for a full body reflexology experience, and I was not disappointed. I searched high and low for reflexology services in the city center of KL but many didn't quite fit my criteria — some are too expensive, some are too shady etc. Then I found this place via the Fave App, and it sits right in the very heart of the city center.
To find it could be a little tricky to those who aren't familiar to the area. It's attached to a unit near the lobby of the Marc's Residence (opposite of Mandarin Oriental Hotel, a block away from Impiana Hotel). From the drop-off point, walk straight for a bit until you see the long indoor pond, then look at your number 10.
I walked my way here from Pavilion using the overhead tunnel, it was about 15-min walk in total. It's easy to catch a Grab here too.
It's fairly new, and the establishment is quite small, but the masseuse (mine is called Nana) is very professional and skillful. It's not exactly a very lavish spa with a comprehensive list of services per se, but they offer complete reflexology services from simple shoulder massages (RM55/30 min if you got the voucher from the Fave app), foot massages and scrub, and full body massages of varying degrees of intensity. I got a 1-hour full body massage for RM125 (again, bought from the Fave app). I'd recommend that you do an appointment first, but walk-in is also acceptable as long as they're not preoccupied with other customers.
Everything felt perfect here. The ambience was quiet and peaceful, with background music playing faintly in stark contrast to the hustle bustle of the city roads outside. The subtle aromatherapy wafting in the air. The air-conditioner set at just the right temperature. They were well-equipped, clean, comfortable and prioritized client's comfort above all.
Overall: 10/10 would definitely come here again. Perhaps I'd bring along a friend too next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to urban retreat in MK and my experience was great there. This time we decided to try Uroot near Klcc. Our experience overall was good however I’m rating 3 stars only because of the following:
1. The massage for head shoulder upper back price did not include oil or to be in the room, have to add on rm30. Which I did in the end. This would be better if it’s said earlier during appointment or on the menu.
2. The plug for the humidifier in the massage room has a blue light which is kind of distracting during massage in my opinion.
3. Room wall is too thin I guess nth much can be done for this since we can hear the other massage clearly outside and also the ringtone of another customer.
4. We were served with warm water, 1 of it had hair in it. So no thanks, we gave it back to the girl. I mean, a tea wouldn’t be that expensive for the price we pay for massage?
The staff at the counter was really friendly and nice she even showed me my shoulder pressure point cos I told her the massage for head & shoulder was “ok” my shoulder still feels it, but I believe all the above can be better.
Hope this can be improved similar to urban retreat in Mk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5-star in terms of the service, price, and environment. My friend and I tried the head, shoulder + back treatment. Our sessions were slightly different as the therapists explained to us which part needed to be worked on more. Professional!
In terms of parking, there are ample of parking at the building - Marc Residences. However, the charges are also quite expensive with RM6/hour. Do take note that they do not accept RM50 note as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first ever massage treatment went extremely well. The cosy, petite outlet is calm and inviting. The staffs are all helpful and very friendly, and the masseuse was very considerate of my pain points. Left Uroot with a refreshed feeling and my neck strain fixed!
Price is pretty competitive.
Great hygiene and safety precautions are well taken care of.
Minor cons would be the high priced parking spaces, suggest to just take a grab or take a train ride to KLCC and walk to Marc Residences as it is only a few metres away.
