★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience in handling customer service. Have an issue with the purchased of Magic Mix Food Processor with my friend at the same time. However, the ex-staff at Tropicana City Mall gave me the wrong size of bowl and I went to Empire Subang to ask for the correct bowl and I’m not entertained. Complaint and follow up many times with the staff at Empire Subang but sadly nobody is bother to reply or get back to me. No solutions or answers have been provided since then. As a customer, I was ignored and problem remain unsolved. What a nightmare with Kitchen Shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a meat thermometer on xmas day, and it wasnt working. Although there’s no refund and exchange policy, they should exclude a spoiled item from that policy and exchange a new product to customers immediately.
Sadly they had to send my broken item to service centre for “repair”.
They said it takes 14 days - but it has been a month. I have complained the above to Kitchenshop via email but to no avail.
That was my first and last time purchasing an item from them. This is just a small purchase, can’t imagine if it was a more expensive appliance.
I’ll never purchase anything from there EVER AGAIN. Neither should anyone or you. If I could rate this in negative I would.
