I have been order 11 item with your company. The person in charge is slow to reply to messages, has no sense of responsibility, and does not help to track order, and keep delay and non stop delay! no punctuality at all! call support team not answering, customer service not respond! Super not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been more than a week, doubt I will actually get my chest of drawers that I’ve already paid for. This is a scam company, no doubt about it. They don’t answer calls, don’t reply emails and don’t reply texts. Not sure why it’s being given 1.6 stars. It should be way less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend anyone to buy things at this store. They got a really bad service. I bought the 6 drawers but after I assemble it, the alignments of the drawers are out. I asked for a new one but they said its my fault. My screwing skills is not good. I screw everything based on the holes they gave and yet they blaim me on it. Plus they gave me a defect item. I argued with them for a refund. Their policy is very bad. They just gave me 70% refund with a reason that I already assemble the thing. How can we know got defect if we didn’t assemble it, right? It tooks months to get my refund. They dont even bare your transportation cost. Jangan tertipu dgn marketing dan gambar sebab produk mereka workmanship teruk. Not worth to buy. Baik simpan duit sikit, beli barang ikea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when purchasing from this seller. Especially online. Bought a chair from them and less than 2 months already got problem with defective parts. Their warranty they expect you to pay for the delivery parts they send. No guarantee the part they send will work. If they want they can send defective product and slowly charge you for each part replacement. It seems they're not familiar with how warranties work. They only give the option of travelling hundreds of km to collect a part or pay them. My advise do not buy anything from them. Look for other more legit sellers that will actually honour the warranties. Their customer service won't help you at all just ask you to pay pay pay.
