Yesterday call customer service, then that person kate today courier akn deliver. Omg.. Too slowwwwww slowwww slowwwwww slowwww ur services la.. Complain by email. Call everythings done. . Hopefully after this xdeal with ur services lg lah.. Very disappointed with ur services ????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called DHL regarding my shipment that is at bukit raja hub and due to the item was urgent and has been stuck for so long, the receiver is to pick up the parcel at your place. I had been notified by DHL that the parcel can be pick up around 2pm -5pm. but when the receiver came to collect at 2pm, DHL said that item was out for delivery. i'm kinda upset that this happened.
