★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel was delivered in my tracker but I didnt receive my order, contacted the agent at dhl website and they gave me an excuse of my order being delivered, if I did receive my order I wouldnt have to contact them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful on call staff, but ultimately the delivery staff kills its reputation.
My item reached their warehouse a week ago, just before raya and it was stuck there for additional 2 days (17-18 may) before I made a call to their service hotline. Gave them my tracking number and was informed delivery will be made on the day itself. Even got an SMS, but delivery was not made.
Now on Day 2 at 5pm, I have yet to receive the item. Other carriers were able to deliver today after reaching their warehouse on 17 May, so I find the delivery is incredibly slow.
My verdict: 2 stars for the service staff, none for the delivery crew.
Maybe consider another alternative courier company instead if youre looking at their reliability.
Update: Item arrived on Day 2 at around 8pm. Thanks. Added 1 star for delivery crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call customer service because of super late delivery (now havent arrived yet still stick at klang since may 6,never move before but other people already got their products
When I ask the customer service if the pakage is at klang or kl for the second time she just yell at me just because I didn't hear it clearly
Making me to wait so long and got this service
Don't have patience already but I can't do anything
Surely not even report it because it benefits every company that involves in it
Shopee refund also never reply
Full of tricks and never fined by the government because if they lose shopee or this kind of company
The economy will be bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow delivery. Today is 30 May. Parcel stuck here without movement since 19 May. Everyday called to customer service said “high volume parcel, okay, we will put a note to expedite as urgent parcel”, after a week of call, still same. Thought wanna go self collection during lunch hour but Customer service said Self collection can only made on 2-6pm. Not flexible at all.
