★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous waiting time on Friday lunch hour via Grab. Made my order at 12.42pm, and the driver has been there since 1.20pm, the food wasn’t ready for delivery till 2.30pm as I was monitoring the progress via the app and also Grabchat with the driver. Seriously, please improve on this. Totally unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nasi lemak ayam berempah was horrible, the chicken is smaller than 1/2 size of an egg & fully hangus & zero flesh & tasted off. The sambal was good but enough for only 1 suap. RM 7++. Nasi portion is not even good for a child.Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bloody grab restaurant I've ever ordered from. Made order at 12.20pm. 2pm now and still nothing. Liaised with my rider. He had been waiting there since 12.30pm. He shared photos of the number of Grab and Foodpanda riders waiting for their orders. Nothing was moving. No food pushed out. All were made to wait. Congratulations for having the worst delivery service on Grab I've ever experienced. Cost me my lunch hour. Cost my rider valuable time and money. Shambolic

I ordered tacos and a coffee cheesecake via grab food from this place. Tacos were dry and not flavorful, but at least it was edible and decent. Cheesecake gave me a bad stomach within 15 minutes which lasted through the night. The cheesecake tasted sour and even had a bit of spice— cheese gone bad. Didn’t even taste remotely like cheesecake. Spent the whole night regurgitating bad cheesecake. -1000/100 would not even serve my worst enemies cheesecake from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Pablo's Original Fried Chicken and Chicken Burrito. Fried chicken tasted ok, mashed potato was way too salty (inedible). Chicken Burrito arrived in measly portion fit for a kid! Noticed many previous reviewers with only 1 review. Hmmm....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery ever!! Took 2 hrs to deliver my food!!! I placed my order through Foodpanda app at 7.26pm yesterday. It mentioned that the delivery time will be in 1 hr and I waited. After 1 hour, i got a notification saying my order has been delayed and I will receive my food by 9.26pm. hence i waited. And then another notification saying that the delivery time will be at 9.46pm. Seriously??? Are you'll joking?? And till i contacted Foodpanda and requested to cancel my order, your restaurant did not even accept my order. Omg!! It's ridiculous. I was fasting yesterday so i was vegetarian too. You guys made me to starve!! That was my 1st and forever the LAST order from your restaurant. Goodbye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tomyam a bowl rm12.50 from grab and got a sour expiring tomyam with a squid, a prawn and a clam. That’s it, seriously ?!!!!! Not even a single veg or onion in the soup. Very bad restaurant and an unacceptable order.
