โ โ โ โ โ We sent our cats (Mulan n Luna) by walk in and they happily accepted them although our cats both were still on medication, to be fed every morning and night. No extra charge on that. Luna lost her coordination and balance due to vestibular syndrome. She peed on herself and we didnโt get to clean up after her before sending for boarding here. Requested for grooming because we didnโt want to trouble the shop owner but she advised not to since Luna was still sick. Theyโre ok to handle Luna although she was dirty. After first boarding (around 3-4 days), Luna improved significantly and she looks clean. The next weekend we sent them both again and this time Lunaโs overall health are better but head still tilted to the side. Our third time sending, Luna came back with almost no head tilting anymore n she looks very healthy n happy. Iโm happy that I can rely on them with the medication. The shop is clean and the boarding (normal cage) also neat. They kept the cages in the shop rather than at the back, so your pets are not left alone in a quiet room. Owner very friendly and easy to talk to. Very recommended ????
