โ โ โ โ โ Just had a painless dental removal today. Had a very bad experience dental removal during childhood, but Dr Teng keep reassured me and calm me during the procedure. Thumb up for her skill and clinic services!

โ โ โ โ โ What is the purpose of appointment if we would need to wait so bloody long for the doctor to arrive to his own dental center. It reflects how bloody unprofessional you're. Such tardiness. And nobody acknowledge us that we have to wait; just sit and wait about an hour, so ur doctor time is precious, the patient isn't?

โ โ โ โ โ Good service from doctors and staff. Nurse are polite and friendly. I recommend for your dental needs.Best to make dental appointment but they will serve walk in as well if you don't mind waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ Hi. I would like to comment regarding the incident on 25th Sunday 10AM appointment for miss Ellen. I was there with her and actually recommended her after my great dental experience. We were there on time however the appointment system isn't fitting to it's functionality. We witnessed the dentist late arrival to clinic. If it is true that there is an emergency surgery required, what stops the receptionist or clients service gave a call to reschedule miss Ellen appointment? I am satisfied with my dental experience but the whole professionalism from client services needs to be better for future clients. Clearly the appointment scheduled was to respect dentist and clients time and i hope the clinic can improve on this. What is more disappointing is the how the clinic handle the miss Ellen's feedback through lies.
