★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff not friendly and rude to the guest. Machine photocopy always not function every time and always so many problem. Better just take out the machine if can't do photocopy. Pls take action and improve about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area between the aisles are extremely tight. The shelves are tall - up to eight (8) shelves, and close to the ceiling. The aisles are long and go almost all the way to the back of the store. And, most importantly, very brightly lit for easy identification, compared to the other regular neighborhood supermini-market. Lots of different brand-name choices for most of the products that are available. I'm pleasantly surprised. Everything is packed in tightly. And it's open 24 hours. Great for a quick shopping trip in the middle of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please must check the expiry date of the product. I bought a face cream today and did not check the expiry date. Right after I made the payment, I noticed the cream was expired one year ago. When I asked the cashier, he said can not do anything but must take something else as there was no second cream that I want. The cashier was so rude as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the SUPERVISOR/cashier at evening is so rude he don’t know how to handle customer so well. We ask for BIG plastic for the items we bought and never bother to give us when the fact he lied to us that he don’t have a big plastic when i saw it with my two eye he have it in his counter how do you expect us to carry a floor cleaner, dog food, hand tissue and toilet tissue roll with only our hand? it doesn’t make sense at all to us this so disgusting coz he is a SUPERVISOR! ! pls do something about this.
