★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairstylist is professional and always interact with customer. The coloring process doesn't take up much time(Only 2hrs+) eventhough I did bleaching. Satisfied with the hair color outcome and its with affordable price. Will definitely visit again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last hair colour +bleach here. Very worst experience, however the staff all are friendly but the one who helped me for applied and hair colour toning is totally not good at all . The colour that what I want is totally different on my hair (which currently my hair colour is super shining yellow can imagine like the bleach yellow ) all I have done is sit down for 4 hours to get this colour and you told me , you can dye my hair with darker colour AGAIN? Huh? Do you think I want to just sit down again for waste the 4 hours and no eating . Yes, you have did your job that ask me to come back within 2 days if still dissatisfied but this is not I want tho …. What I paid is a professional hair colour service not lousy service ….so sorry for any uncomfortable words but this is all my experience

-The price is reasonable
-I like the color KC chose for me and it suits me pretty much, makes me look fairer. I even received compliments on my new hajr color
-will be back for sure! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booking at 4 pm but keep me waiting up to 45 mins and let me sit in front of the mirror without any further explanation. After 45 mins then just pass me the hair colouring chart. I also found the hair dyeing paste stick to my neck after getting home because the hairstylist didn’t wipe it off when drying my hair. Cheap, but overall a bad experience.
