★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so disappointed of staffs there, I was waited for que then a Chinese man came with terrible stomach ache and he claimed that can't control his pain but the staff registerd as usual and let him wait! When my turn to consult Dr my self was informed to Dr then Dr said she don't know abt this.. such a good Indian lady Dr immediate consult him. Staff need improve thy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is nice and friendly, but the front desk looks like under stress all the time and thus, layan people acuh tak acuh (Understandable).
One thing I really don't like, I paid rm 60 for health check up in March. Until now haven't call me (I gave 2 active numbers). Went again couple of days ago, the record is somehow lost (Thus why I give 4 stars).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this clinic. Brought wife two days in a row because symptoms of chicken pox. The doctor said it is not chicken pox. Went to another clinic, she saw the red spot the moment we walked to the room and already can tell it was chicken pox. She said it was a bit too late to gave antiviral since it should be given during the chicken pox spotted. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister was short breathed when we arrive here. After registration, the nurses skip my sister turn by 2 patient that arrive after her. Then, my sister came to front-desk saying that she cant breath well, but all the nurses said was “sorry, we skipped your name” without putting my sister into priority. It was devastated to see how the nurses not looking my sister condition in serious matter. Sorry to say but please improve your service esp on the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My eyes are still tearing when writing this, the Dr see it through me and offered her hands and I put mine in hers. It seems all my stress, anxiety, depression are gone . My tears just couldn’t hold back anymore. Thank you for your kind words and advice. I will always remember your kindness. Thank You so much , I’ll tell this story for many years to come . 4th May 2022 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICE! Went to this clinic because it was the closest to me, told the doctor of my recurring situation only for her to dismiss me and treat it lightly. My situation got worst the night after this visit because the doctor wouldn’t give me the meds I asked for. I’ve been having this situation for years and the doctor has only met me for that 5 mins. Figured I’d know my situation more than her. She wasn’t even a permanent doctor, so I couldn’t meet with her the next day to ask for the same meds I asked the day before.

Please do not go to this clinic!
The doctor was so rough and so impatient to listen to patient about their problems. I was trying to explain my symptoms and the doctor never listen and jump to conclusion straight away. Hi owner, I would provide you the detail of the doctor if you want because I'm seriously fed up and dissapointed over the service I've paid for.
X1 ear drop, x1 pain killer, x1 antibiotics, x1 pill for diarrhoea charged me RM130, with unfriendly doctor, unfriendly staff, street cats??????????
The price is ridiculous and the staff even carry the street cats inside the clinic. I do not understand where is the hygiene. Is this a Vet or Clinic hello?????????? Street cat walk around the clinic????????????????
