★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I must clarify that my experience here is limited to PCR COVID testing and not as a walk-in with medical compliants. The doctor who took our swab samples was professional. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for certain staff there.
Not only was my registration not noted for the day eventhough I booked the test 2 weeks in advance. Later, my identity information was wrong even after I had sent my full details earlier and even handed them my IC on the spot. Not only was my recorded gender wrong, so is my passport number and ic number. I mean, eventhough COVID is a very casual thing these days, please have some professionalism. These labels are important for official purposes, immigration purposes and life-changing health circumstances. All those mistakes and unnecessary distress yet she was not even apologetic at the slightest. Pathetic work ethic.
