โ โ โ โ โ Very strict COVID SOP followed. Went for a COVID test and was surprised to see the level of professionalism of the Dr and staff. They have disinfectant machines, COVID testing area is separated and the Dr explained the procedure very well. Price of test is much more reasonable than neighboring clinics. Definitely recommend this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Our whole family have been patients at the Klinik Cheras Jaya. at one time or another. The clinic is clean.The doctors are dedicated and possess a genial disposition. They take time to listen to patients' ailments before they prescribe suitable medication. In fact I have often remarked that after a visit to the clinic and even before taking the medication we already feel better. The pricing is fair

โ โ โ โ โ I wish there is a option to choose no star at all, I was waiting for 3 hours to see the doctor and some few tests they charged me more so I end up paying more than my medical card covered I was really disappointed. The service is really worse and unbearable. At least they could've let me know the extra charges before doing the tests.Lastly, the most important point is the nurses who was working there, really rude and slow, there was one Indian girl who was working there, all I can see was that she yelling and rolling her eyes at patients for no reason. for sure will not go there again.
