★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Klinik Mesra since 1993—perhaps earlier. My last visit on 21st November, 2018, left me with such a bad impression that I'm not sure I'll return. You see, the first thing I did upon registration was ask if I can pay with my card. The answer by the Indian nurse manning the counter at 6 PM was a confident "yes". At around 6:30 PM, when I was going to make the payment—lo and behold —I was told by Juna, the Malay nurse manning the dispensary, that the clinic does not, in fact, accept cards. I was then unapologetically instructed to go to the ATM at the nearby Petronas's Kedai Mesra to withdraw money without any explanation whatsoever as to how the misinformation came about. The Indian nurse was of course not there anymore, as her shift probably ended just after I registered. To me, this was either a case of card refusal—which is very likely and is illegal—or blatant misinformation—which is unlikely as the Indian nurse should know whether cards can be accepted or not. In any case, it was very poor taste making sick people walk unnecessarily. For what it's worth, after my consultation, I explicitly told the male Indian doctor that I would like a prescription. I never got one, as they obviously wanted me to buy the marked up meds from them instead of a pharmacy where they're cheaper. To me, this sort of service is simply unacceptable for a private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to have my elbow looked at since I had a bad fall and it's all bruised up. The doctor barely looked at my elbow and in 5 seconds I'm already out of his consultation room. Didn't even ask how I fell or which part is hurting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Prem is sooooo good. However the nurses are soooo bad especially 1 malay nurse name Syahirah were extremely rude to me during my visit. I asked her about time to be fill in the form and she replied there is a clock at the wall by pointing her finger to the wall. She is not helpful, not friendly and rude. I just wonder how the Doctor can recruit her as clinic assistant if she cant even assist the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this clinic since I was a child, but getting more and more disappointed by the service here. Mum was feeling nauseous so we had to rush to the clinic only to find that the doctor went out to "buy something". Nevermind that. Not only the assistants failed to find out what time will the doctor be back, they were making so much noise in the clinic. We waited for 20 minutes and when we asked about the doctor, the assistant gave us an "I don't know" for an answer. Obviously they didn't even make any attempts to find out, like how hard is it to make a call??? We took off and went up to Klinik Idzham. It's such a shame because some of the doctors here are really good, but I definitely won't make a return.

Have 2 nurses wasnt that friendly, one of the nurse explained that the nurse who didnt explained to me well was in morning shift not in their shift so not their fault.i tried to ask my doubt few times , another nurse whose name Sya said lazy to talk in front of patient which is not that professional.well another sabahan or sarawakian nurse, she explained in details and patiencely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular customer here, service level acceptable and if am not happy i ll definitely talk directly to doctor to complaint. Done rtk today outside the clinic while standing.tried to argue but i just proceed as i ve been waiting about 30minis. Feel Irritating and more painful compare to previous rtk done at other clinic. When i complaint and threat to do police report that guy apologize and next patient ask to sit down doing rtk but still done outside, owner of clinic please improve this. I stil feel uneasy and if continue i ll lodge a police report due to carelessness of your staff.
