★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son to check for cough and mild fever. Met Dr Ruby and she was totally rude and were rushing due to many patients on Sunday after CNY holiday. Felt very annoyed coz we paid and the service was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly not recommend this clinic, I am doubting about this doctor profession. Today I bring my gf to meet this doctor and she is giving a very bad diagnosis, however we manage to go KPJ Damansara and get second opinion from specialist and the Specialist in a short period of time give the negative result of the diagnose and it means my gf do not diagnose with sickness. The doctor in this clinic are inexperience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ruby has been my family doctor ever since we moved here 9 years ago. She is very detailed and very very experienced. The best for my kids. She takes time to explain even though there is a long queue.. Highly recommended .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a family member to the clinic and was denied service because his body temperature exceeded 37°C.They were out of hand sanitizers and the staff behind the counter/dispensary did not have masks on. Very disappointed, 10/10 would not recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am strictly not recommending this clinic because of the very bad and annoying customer service in the first place. They said it is a break hour but they dont allow the patient to wait inside the clinic until the doctor returns from their lunch break. They told us they just cleaned the place and we cannot sit inside but they never put any notice at the entrance door. I felt so bad and quite offended with their words. I bet not to seek for medical advice from this clinic anymore!!!!!
The staff should go back to school and learn Pendidikan moral and Sivik before they seek for jobs like this kind of job. My experience was very horrible here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited there for the second time coz I thought the first visit was okay. Unfortunately the doctor was quite rude.. she said “cakaplah sakit apa” with some hand gestures.. rude! Sis dahlah sakit makin sakit hati ok!!! Kalau rude camni baik i pergi gov je ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Ruby for my health issues that were persistent and wasn't treated well by another doctor I had visited earlier. She was patient to listen to my issues. She saw my previous records and felt some
tests and procedures were unnecessarily done. She referred me to a specialist she knew would be best for me. She was kind enough to speak to the specialist herself and take the appointment for me. Eventually the specialist Dr.Saravan in ParkCity Medical treated me excellently my issues health has recovered.
