Really polite and helping
But front staff need to improve their service :
- smile
- look at customer when talking
- If u don't have credit card pay machine, please tell the customer upon registration.
Price here consider cheap??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall service was ok..Just that Front staffs/reception ladies were unfriendly and almost cold to patients. Experienced this at most of my visits there. Doctors were ok. Occasionally there are good ones. But the front staffs really need to go for a customer service training or some sort. I think a smile or atleast a polite response wont do any harm... Senyum tu kan sedekah ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just like Dr Aida. She is very polite, soft spoken and friendly. The front desk - definately can improve. The clinic is clean and comfortable. Ample parking space around, but please note that they do mot accept cards - just cash or panels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star for doctor who is handling me , but not for all of the staff , they even didnt smile for sure , asking for making pay the medicine as soon as possible , evethough they should closed the clinic by 6pm , and asking with the rude intonation , one of the staff say ' tolong cepat sikit sebab kami dah nak tutup 5.30 . whatt the ? and please do some noted to tell customer that they cant using debit / credit card . really dissapointed with their staff
