★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian lady doctor is rude. I do not appreciate being yelled at or spoken to in such a condescending matter, especially when I am a paying customer. I also suspect this clinic is secretly running a kickback scheme with the optometrist two doors away. The diagnosis of the doctor may be right, but the attitude of the doctor and the receptionists (very arrogant) is enough for me to never visit this horrible clinic again, and I will advise others to earnestly do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Dr Sumitra. Been seeing her for more than 10 years and she's the best around even after I moved 45 minutes away I still go see her if i can make the trip and require a second opinion or more advice.
To those 1-star reviewers saying she's rude n whatever, if you try to teach her what u learned in Google or WhatsApp universities, you deserve to be scolded LOL. You went to a doctor for help, don't try to correct any doctor by saying Google say this, my friend says that blablabla. Paying a small sum doesn't automatically make u an entitled person LOL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 STARS FOR DR SUMITRA! Dr Sumitra was treating my dad (due to a car accident) after he got discharged from the hospital. Apparently after the surgery at the hospital, there were still glass pieces in the wound which were not removed completely, luckily Dr Sumitra noticed that before my dad's wound got infected. She was very meticulous and patient when it comes to cleaning his wound.
She may be blunt and straightforward (my dad listens to her but not to me), but she is a very kindhearted and professional doctor who just wants the best for her patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service from the nurses and the doctors. The doctors always give the best medical advice/service when needed. The nurses are also very accommodating and friendly to speak to. It is always my go-to clinic when I have the medical needs to do so.

Though she can be blunt & straight forward but it is for the truth that we need to hear in order to be healthy. She is professional, caring, dedicated & with integrity. Thank You Dr Sumitra. Keep it up ???
