★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this clinic few times, every time the Drs keep changing and guess I encountered locum Drs in the past few visits! Very unprofessional and rude! The Dr was busy with HP while I get in and I had to wait till she/he settled with her HP! Questioning patients like an idiot is so irritating! The service in government hospitals are far better than this clinic! Don't waste your money and time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors stick to the basics and diagnosis level is good.
I never expected them to find a tiny lump in my ex partners throat which turned out to be cancer with an old ultrasound machine.
This was caught early on and it allowed her to be free of it.
Doctors know our work ethics and have forced MCs on us but it was always rejected accept once, an extremely bad stomach infection due to various factors.
Yes, we or our loved ones are sick..do remember medical professionals are human too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with playful doc (Dr.Lavenniya) atitude, do not know how to treat patient SINCERELY. Many times came here and she's still with same bad attitude. Paid for consultant fee but she's just speak several words and take it simply,. is it money, money, money more important than patient health?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. waited for more than 1 hour to see doctor even not many patient. the clinic also very hot and cant even feel the aircond. last time i went here the doctor was so rude. i cant remember her name but she need to change her attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not to happy with my visit. i had covid and finish quarantine on 18 feb and on 19 feb till 27 feb, i had dry coughs with phelgm. a m***** male doctor said that not many people has long post covid especially not dry cough which he said could be chronic lung disorder but he said its too early to tell.what???
(Based on my visit with other doctor and checking with friends) they said that the dry coughs and phelgm is common as they too had experience it.
This doc also said if medicine dont work, then i need to fight it with exercises, other remedial treatments. ok fine, agree on this.
he said what i have is a syndrome and not a diagnosis. whats that suppose to mean?? like break a hand is diagnosed broken hand and have medication but my dry cough and phelgm in chest, no medication...???
it seems if medicine dont work.. i also need to do lung test months later stage at the clinic. He mention will give a mediciation to clear phelhm but when i came out i dont see the mediciation which he mentioned and got 2 sakit tekak medicine and 1 ubat for batuk. i did not wish to go in and ask the nurses again as i notice they were chatting and gosssiping bout others patients which is not professional. Also i was not satisfied with doc advice.
Rather to check with specialist.
