Bila minta explain cara mkn ubat pun boleh staf tu ckp balik “tadi dah explain kan” hello kau tu duduk je kaunter bukan berat mana pun nak explain semula ubat mana perlu dimkn dulu. Ingat aku dtg nk beli mc ke? Minta explain semula psl ubat je. Jgn beratkan mulut sama dgn berat dgn badan! Patient sakit bukan saja2 sakit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang sebab husband lelah patutnya dah ada record sebelum ni dtg selalu harga lain sekali kene 105 utk nab ubat dah ckp dengan dr taknak dia bagi juga , consultation sampai rm45 ! Counsult dah 45 nab dgn ubat takkan la sampai 60 eh melampau Melampau . Sebelum ni dtg je ckp nak nab sbb record mmg bnyk kali dh nab . Pergi klinik ada record utk memudahkan ni tak rasa macam kena nayaaa. Tunggu bukan main lama, receptionist staff semua rude tak friendly langsung. Depan ckp lain masa bayar cakap lain . Explanation pun tak ada !!!

Going to the clinic has a record to make it easier, it doesn't feel like it's necessary. Wait a long time, the receptionist staff are all rude and not friendly at all. Next ckp another time pay another talk. There is no explanation !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. You stated your clinic is 24 hours but yet not 24 hours! I came at 6AM/27th January 2022 clinic masih tutup. Dlm pkl 7AM mcm tu staff receptionist cakap dah buka cuma Dr belom sampai! Come on la, be professional, people came to your clinic not to partying, people are sick! Kalau bukan 24 hours cabut lah your signboard 24 hours tu! Menyusahkan betul
