★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. they are fomema's panel clinic n xray and i think because of that they are so arrogant. Called them to fix appointment for fomema xray. The staff said just come before 6pm. But when reached there at 4pm, was told that person in charge of xray has when back. Staf asked me to come
8.30am the next morning as they will start at 9am sharp. When i reached there 830am, they said the xrayman will only come at 930am. The xrayman came at 930am and start to chitchat chitchat until 10am. Just imagine we have been waiting since 830am. They just simple dont bother. And some of the staf (not all) are soo rude and unfriendly.. well done la.. note to the owner, please improve your service especially some of your staff. Your clinic is tarnishing reputation of all medical practitioners...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst clinics in Malaysia. Went there for immediate emergency treatment (not my regular clinic) as it was the closest clinic and felt as though I was just a regular patient who was going for a regular checkup. Trash service, attitude of every nurse abysmal. Honestly would have risked dying to go to another clinic.

2) no card or qr payment, cash only.
3) hot waiting area, no aircon
Much to be improved.. dr shamsuddin was really friendly btw

> This change came in WITHOUT prior notice.
> First time I called and the nurse was standoffish and rude.
> Called 8 times but nobody picked up (The phone number is in your medical form).
If there were other clinics for FOMEMA, I wouldn't have picked your clinic out of desperation. Talk about a total embarrassment. Unless this changes, I won't be coming here again, nor would I recommend others here.
