Very expensive for a clinic that only prescribed generic medicines from India. More expensive than the innovator/european brands. And they manipulated the prescription for insurance claim. I've noticed this and confronted the doctor, how come the meds in my bill charged to my insurance are not the same with the one i got, she said maybe the nurse switch cozz the one she prescribe is out of stock.. so I wondered if she really allows her nurses to change prescribtions without her permission. Im talking about different compound of medicine, not brand. I also ask why she charge to the insurance different antibiotic than the one she gave me, she said, the one she gave is not allowed by the insurance company, so she charged different antibiotic with the same price. She frowned when i asked why she gave me antibiotics that are not allowed by my insurance. No answer given. Just to let you know, it takes me 2 trips to the clinic just to overcome simple tonsilitis. The antibiotic she charged for Rm45 for 4 tabs, did not even work.. I knew all these brands she gave me cozz I'm working in pharmaceutical industry. But the Doc is friendly and attentive. But I prefer clinics that help heal me..

I just visited this klinik. And the locum today Dr Kathi (I hope I don’t spell it wrongly) is really kind and friendly. I like how gentle he speaks and he is very helpful in explaining to me the entire root cause of my earlobe inflammation. I really enjoy talking to Dr Kathi even though it’s just a 5 min consultation. Thanks for giving me such a pleasant experience.

I visited the clinic and was given an appointment for Dr. Ruben. I was having a severe sinus attack and a fever. The unenthusiastic young doctor didn't even care to check my temperature or ask anything more about my condition just prescribed medication worth 80 RM. I felt like walking into a pharmacy to ask for random medicine. I bet the pharmacist might have done a better job. 3 days later after the medicines finished, I was still suffering from the same conditions. I am guessing he was just an MBBS student and wasn't even a qualified doctor. Worst experience visiting a doctor.

My mom had an asthma attack and we came to this clinic cause it was the nearest. The first thing we noticed is that the counter staff were extremely unprofessional, she had food on her hand when she was fixing the registration for my mom, and once inside the lady dr covered in tattoos was also very unprofessional. even though my mom was having a severe asthma attack she only nebulised my mother for FIVE MINUTES for RM45!. and told her to come back the following day for the second nebulisation. Mind you, since my mom has been having asthma since childhood, whenever she gets an attack its standard procedure that thhey nebulise for 20 minutes. Then she wrote many medication and since we felt cheated we wanted to get the medicine from a pharmacy, and we know this is allowed with the recent regulations. but the doctor insisted that it is the rule for patients to take the medicine from the clinic. furthermore, the place smelled so bad and was so dusty, no cleaning done at all!

By far one of the wrost clinics around. The doctor is barely around. If you are walking in you'll most likely need to wait for the doctor to get to her own clinic. Multiple times of waiting over 45 minutes followed by being overcharged for medicine.

Overcharged price, I just need typhoid injection and go only, no requested any consultation. I didn’t realise how they charge because I was in a hurry, when I went back check my resit, it was charge consultation fees and typhoid. I call them and ask why you guys charge me consultation fees, they say they didn’t. RM150 for the typhoid only. All my colleague went for typhoid injection between the of RM50-RM80, no one were over RM100, but I was charged RM150 for a typhoid!! I call and ask them what so special about my typhoid why so expensive, they say they don’t know. Well answer, will never visit again!!
