★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very friendly and helpful. He is friendly with the kids and generally takes time to explain any queries by the patient.
Somewhat minor con would be its usually packed at night, with only one doctor active, the queue can take awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has always been known for the friendliness of the staff and doctors especially Dr Zainal. Their ways to put any patient that walk in the clinic at ease and comfortable is exemplary. Expect a first class treatment when you are there seeking treatment.
I strongly recommend Klinik Famili Denai Alam to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call to book for khatan session for my kids, clinic ask to come for checking before slot booking. Came, register and waited for 40mins, none attended. Worst experience, seems they re focusing on people come for booster shot. Think twice before you come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time I went there and officially become my favourite clinic. Dr Zainal is incredibly good and friendly. I love the ambiance of the clinic. The nurse also friendly and helpful. Kudos for the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for PCR test. Paid. Had to wait 20mins for drive through service and i was the only one waiting. Pressed the bell not sure if its working, called the ever busy main line. 15-16 time only the line went through. 2 nurses was around none gave assurance service was on the way. Had to call again and of course i had to press the car’s hon. What am i supposed to do? i bell, i called the line (complied to the instruction pasted on the wall, bell or else call) and i even got off the car to call the nurse. Not sure if anyone is attending. Only after 20mins plus the nurse came. When I complained seems shes like “owh 20mins” as if i was impatient. That made me even more upset. Please be fair, i waited, bell, called the phone line and got out to call the nurse at the back door. i too have other schedule to attend to. At least the counter can assist the nurse to inform patient on waiting time. Dr Zainal is professional and very helpful, am not sure why the service from the admin is poor. Probably needs training.
