★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here several times. Once I was treated by one Indian lady doctor. She's attentive and professional. N then there's another time it was a Chinese guy locum doctor. He was okay. Another time was a Malay locum doctor. ... unfriendly..no smiles whatsoever. This is a private clinic, n it was not during the peak time when I saw the doctor. Really a turn off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just saw a Dr. Elly at Klinik Alam Medic @ Bukit Jelutong. I waited for a long time when there was no one inside the consultation room before me. The doctor did not pay attention to what I was saying and asked questions that I've already explained. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic, I asked about this but she answered dismissively and only then did she bother to check my temperature! Dr. Elly said it's just a normal cold but prescribed me with antibiotics and did not explain on why I needed it. I felt that she was rushing the consultation and was just keen to get me to leave the room within 2 minutes. This is the most unprofessional consultation I've ever experienced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic for NT scan. First time there. Dr. Kartini is friendly and explains to me in detail what I'm looking at on the screen. She has a pleasant personality and you just feel comfortable with her. Will definitely come back for the next antenatal scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here bcs flu and cough... doctor just use stethoscope and i breathe in breathe out...and just give me meds and done.. doctor do nothing ..useless clinic...the meds did improve my cough but not my flu..
