★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf sokongan yang tidak cekap dan pergarakan mereka juga lembab. Tidak mesra pelanggan. Jika ada kecemasan, disarankan pergi ke klinik lain atau lebih baik hospital, kelembapan tahap tinggi staff di sini mungkin boleh menyebabkan perkara lebih serius terjadi.
 The support staff is inefficient and pergarakan they also damp. Not customer friendly. In the event of an emergency, it is advisable to go to another clinic or better hospital, a high level of staffing here may lead to something more serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap kali datang, tak kira masa, pagi atau petang, staf sentiasa sibuk berbual sesama sendiri. Walaupun ada pesakit sedang menunggu, mereka tidak berhenti, malah tidak merendahkan suara untuk menghormati pesakit. Mereka juga tidak mesra dengan pesakit, cara layanan seperti terpaksa.
Saya pernah datang membawa anak saudara, dan dia termuntah. Tiada seorang pun staf yang bertanya dan cuba menolong. Saya perlu menggunakan tisu saya sendiri untuk membersihkan semuanya. Setelah selesai, staf di kaunter yang sudah memerhati dari awal tadi bertanya adakah saya memerlukan tisu. Sangat tidak wajar.
Saya tiada masalah dengan doktor, tetapi dengan staf sokongan di sana. Mohon pihak atasan menegur sesiapa yg berkenaan.
Whenever it comes, no matter the time, morning or afternoon, staff busy chatting among themselves. Although some patients are waiting, they do not stop, not even lowering their voice in honor of the patient. They are not friendly to the patient, how services such as forced.
I've come to bring the nephew, and he was throwing up. No staff ever asked and tried to help. I have to use my own wipes to clean everything. At the end of the day, the staff at the counter had asked if I needed any tissue. It's very unnatural.
I have no problem with a doctor, but the support staff there. Please superiors reprimanded anyone who applies.

Budak nurse/kaunter pulak x ramah langsung muka ketat senyum pn tidak..
Nasib ko je yg bukak 24 jam, kalau tidak sori laa nk gi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terbaik , rekemen bagi yang ada bisul, cepat doktor buat, peramah, sporting, saya gi klinik lain 3 kali appoinent tak settle. klinik ni pergi, setel bisul saya.
best, rekemen for existing boils, quick doctor make, friendly, sporting, I gi other clinics 3 times appoinent not settle. This clinic is gone, set my boils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family medical report with this clinic since 2008 until now, from 1 kid until 3 kids, Dr Khalid & Dr Zaidi is the best, proper consultation and detail medication check-up, even tho already moved out from Sri Gombak and now stayed in Pandan, I still going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not 24 hours as advertised. Doctor always not in clinic , for example he only comes in at 9am. Then suddenly missing and only back after 11pm. Is this so called 24 hours? Additional staff like to talk and watch videos during working time
