★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tk berbaloi pergi utk byaran yg mahal. Sebab dr seakan tk memahami apa kita perlukan. Dia cuma dgr apa kita cakap n sng2 assume tp tk tgk apa yg kita perlukan. Layanan yg baik dr penjaga kaunter tp dr DR sangat mengecewakan. Better pegi klinik lain.
Tk is worth the go for expensive stuff. It's as if we do not understand what we need. He just dgr what we say n sng2 assume tp tk tgk what we need. Good service from the counters on DR is very disappointing. Better other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor very friendly but the nurse layan nak taknak je. Ade 2 nurse, sibuk berborak, no say thank you, no smile, bercakap time nak bagi ubat pun macam nak taknak. Very bad service but the doc is good.
Doctor is very friendly but the nurse is not interested. Ade 2 nurses, busy talking, no say thank you, no smile, talking time to take any medication like no tak. Very bad service but the doc is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in the morning of 28th Feb 2019. There wasn't many people. Was consulted by the doctor and complained of flu and cough. She just checked my temperature but did not bother to check what kind of cough I had. Didn't use the stethoscope to check my breathing and whether I was wheezing, which I was. In and out in 3 minutes. The extra star I gave is for the reception ladies who were kind and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Medical Assistant action was not acceptable! My little brother had an accident with wounds and bleeding all over his body, and they being judgemental mentioned it will cost a lot without even bother to help him. My brother even BEG to help clean the wound on his palm since he’s so much in pain. Please do something about your SOP for this. If anyone don’t have money as you assumed, people will not go to your clinic at the first place during emergency they will go to government instead. OR I can suggest you to help them in need first during any emergency if they don’t have money keep them there until they pay. I really hope this will not happen to any one.
