★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was ok. But the Dr, i seriously think she needs to improve her ways of talking to a patient. She didnt even look at my face while speaking, and she didnt even listen to what i am trying to say and was trying to end the whole session ASAP. Had to wait for the doctor since 9am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with Dr Siti. Didn’t even listen or show any concerns for whatever problem I had and very rude too. As someone who is also working in the healthcare sector, I understand she might be burnout or whatever reason it may be but she is unacceptably rude. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today since I'm new here. The doctor, short haired woman. She was so rude. I was having mouth pain. She didn't bother to even check. She rudely told me to go somewhere else since she didn't have the "apparatus" to look into my mouth to find the cause of the pain. I asked her if there's any dentists nearby which are open on Sunday's since I'm new here and she rudely told me to find it myself. Terrible doctor. I'll never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my vaccination done here and the staff and Dr. Srii was attentive and helpful. They followed procedures, went the extra mild to give me a referral letter for another existing condition I had and more. Love the fact that they ensure the cleanliness of the clinic too. I've been to other medivirons, it's definitely half the quality and ambience and procedures that I get from this mediviron. Will definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic should thank Google for minimum one star review. This place doesn’t deserve any star. The staff in the pink scrub was rude. The doctor was a strong believer of verbal examination instead of physical. A medical certificate can only be given if you take minimum 3 medication even though you visited the same clinic a day before and you still have the medication that was originally prescribed. Save your money, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience from the moment one steps into the clinic. Doctor was more interested in informing patients of possible factors before doing any checks and was saying that the blood pressure is up. Of course it’s up when one is unwell or you just scared them. Never listened. Trying too hard to act professional instead of being one. No covid safety precautions at all, even by the receptionist.
