★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor and staff are friendly but they wrongly diagnosed my dog. My dog had been vomit for 5 days and they diagnosed as food poisoning without proper checking on his internal organ condition. Two days later, I sent to KL vet clinic, the doctor said definitely not food poisoning as his tongue is yellow colour but not purple, and did explicit screening on his internal organs, like lung, kidney, gastric as well as his red/white blood cells level. The doctor at KL is not expensive yet found out the illness but my dog passed away due to a delay in getting proper treatment.
If you dog is not having minor illness, please send to some clinics with professional checking because animals cannot tell their pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worthless clinic. every time call for appointment got 101 excuses. 2 months ago called for appointment they said clinic under renovation. now clinic open but doctor wont be in for 2 months. better just close down as yall open also no use, always refusing to take in for treatment. Friday dog keep vomiting and not well, wanna take 2 vet they asking 2 make appointment and bring on Monday, ask to at least give medicine for stopping the vomiting's, that also cant give have to see doctor on monday.. emergency case also don't want to take, doctor so not in , open vet for wat?? just to sell tin food only ah?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog was having symptoms of vomiting, sent to this clinic for check up and find out have fever too. Dr give injection and some medicine. After few hours back from clinic, my dog looks tired. And we thought he is just tired and sleeping. When we have a look at him, his body suddenly become seizure and he pass away. Although I can’t specify the exact reason , but this cause I have less confidence on this clinic and their professionalism. But no doubt the staff and Dr are friendly. Although my dog pass away few months ago. but I saw there are also comments of some customer who also having the similar experience. Thus, I would like to share my experience which hopefully can help other people to have a better reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and ok for the standard of a small clinic. Service by the front desk staff is pretty disappointing, calls are never answered, WhatsApp messages are read but no reply. At one point, the clinic was not operating for months. Now the doctors have changed. Hope their service improves. The doctor's service is satisfying, oklah ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best, I sent my cat for vaccinations twice("supposedly thrice" told the vet) and a bath once. Very professional and good overall. I think this clinic is more focusing on cats. Dogs probably just some basic but not thorough as some of you would expect. My cat is healthy and living a healthy and long life till now. No diseases or fleas ever since injections.
