β β β β β Read many positive reviews about the clinic. Called up for an appointment and was told to walk in. Went up and turn back home as there were no Sop Adherence (it was too crowded,staff not wearing protective mask and no temperature check). Was surprised with negligence as the authorities are just nearby.

β β β β β 1. Stupid people handling front counter and secondary doctors.
2. We reach at 5pm and she said doctor went lunch . I told to them just to inform doctor that there's a customer and she said can't inform coz doctor having lunch at 5pm And claim I am rude by asking the staff to inform the doctor .
3. Just Stop running clinic with amateur staffs n doctors . Hopeless during emergency ..
4..do avoid attending this clinic if emergency . Coz your doctor will have lunch n staff wouldt inform them and claim rude .

β β β β β Been here 2 times, both with pleasant experience. Doctor explain patiently to make us clear with the condition, friendly nurse, Reasonable price, and the surrounding is very quiet and calming for my cats. I must admit it might take some time to wait, but that's because the checkup is done thoroughly and there're many people send their pets there. But overall highly reccomend?

β β β β β the vet seems friendly and handles our dog well. except the dog muzzle is a little too small, so our dog felt uncomfortable wearing it throughout the checkup.

β β β β β I can't recommend this veterinary enough. So patient, kind and understanding with affordable rates too. The atmosphere is very calming and quiet, great place for your stressed pets to be calm in. The resident cat is a plus too, she's so chonky. Milktea thanks you for your care doc and nurse! (First pic was a year ago when she was tiny and malnourished, second is now ?)

Very attentive and gentle vet.
My cats didn't even jump when injection vaccine given. A lot of cat owners will come here. Spacious clinic and very very reasonable price.
No appointment needed, just walk in.
But bare in mind, it can be real busy (average waiting time 1.5-2 hours)
Ps : My cats are stressful with the other vet clinic nearby after the neuter experience. Glad found this clinic.
Ps:ps: Molly is cute female calico that always want to escape from the clinic!

β β β β β 100/100 very satisfying experience. Been brought stray cats there to seek treatments for few times, the doctor did carefully examine and explain to us in detail on the situation. The cats have been taken good care while hospitalised and recovered. I would say it is a very reliable veterinary clinic which offer reasonable price.
