Dr Desalini or Dr. Desa for short genuinely looks like she cares for the my cat and quickly took care of her claw problem. Clinic currently works by appointment and COVID-19 SOP is enforced. Charges are reasonable. Thanks for taking care of Kel! I know where to go if I need a vet again. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dissapointed with their services. What is the purpose of a vet clinic and doctor if they are unable to give treatment for an emergency cases? Our puppy had a breathing issue all of sudden. We rush to this clinic due to an emergency, and the staff in charge is informing us that no doctor at the moment and doctor will only attend based on appointment. The staff not even able to do 1st aid or even contact the doctor... Just suggested to go another clinic at sungai choh rawang.. which is 30 minute away... Then we rushed to the clinic. But, unfortunately by the time we reach the clinic our puppy have left us.. its too late.. If you are unable to attend emergency cases & based on appointment, what is the point of having veterinary? One good soul have lost just like that...
