★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice and professional lahh dr hawa and even staff punn ⭐️ The receptionist also super helpful and even gave advise on food intake and such. Was very worried about my babies but they were so gentle and friendly. We called before to make an urgent appointment and they were very accommodating. No doubt, this clinic will definitely be our only choice for vets. Please bring your cats here. The price is soooooo affordable and everyone was sooooo nice to us ? Terima kasih drhawa team for the good service! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worse customer service & unfriedly staff. This is my first time sending my cat, without proper explanation & very rushing. They also treat my cat very rough. Hopefully my cat will be just fine. Very dissapointed. The worse experience ever & suprisingly this clinic have many branch. Hope they can improve their service & provide proper training with their staff.

Also she's very pet friendly, my cats are very comfortable with the doctors and nurses. ?Environment and the service is very friendly and courteous. Thank you for taking care of my Leo & Biko:) ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue on weekdays is based on luck, sometimes there are queue sometimes not. For weekend usually need to wait 3-5 patients before you. Been here few times, doc and staff are always friendly and they check professionally on my cat. The price is really affordable, cheapest of all that I've visited. Having 4 cats can be really expensive but the pricing here allowed me to not think twice before seeking help. They will let you know what cost. Definitely will come back for my pet check up again.

Doctors was not only knowledgeable, they are kind, gentle, professional and friendly. Also skillful at handling pet tantrums with ease. The staff are very welcoming. Your cat will receive nothing less than top-quality care here. It’s hard not to love this place given that their prices will go easy on your wallet. No wonder this place is always packed with kitty guests. Highly recommend this vet clinic if you're from around this area
