★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have never voice out about my dissatisfaction online but this time is an exception. i arrived to your clinic at 8.26am, 5/11/2020 because my cat kena langgar dengan kereta. mula2 expect kalian boleh bertindak cepat la, sebab tugas kalian treat haiwan termasuklah EMERGENCY CASE. mula2 ada sorang staff kalian taknak terima kucing saya, tapi nasib baiklah kalian terima jugak walaupun asyik dengar 'kena buat appointment'. takde pulak stated kena buat appointment kat google. habis tu kalau emergency pun kena buat appointment ke :')) then bagi ubat tenaga je. xray semua takde? nama pun klinik haiwan, takkan kalian takleh expect akan ada severe case mcm ni? kenapa tak ada sufficient medical equipment? lepas tu kami pun pecut ke klinik haiwan berdekatan dan kucing saya mati sebaik sahaja sampai di situ. terima kasih kerana makan masa kami, dan salah kami juga kerana tak terus ke klinik swasta, sebab klinik kalian je paling awal bukak. dia mati sebab internal bleeding, peparu dia rupture. saya ralat kerana i thought you guys can at least do something to make her survive. at least vet dekat klinik swasta tu try buat cpr with ambu bag selama 10 minit.
i have never voice out about my dissatisfaction online but this time is an exception. i arrived at your clinic at 8.26am, 5/11/2020 because my cat was hit by a car. mula2 expect you can act fast la, because your job is to treat animals including EMERGENCY CASE. Initially, there was a staff member who did not want to accept my cat, but luckily you also accepted it even though I was busy listening to 'need to make an appointment'. takde pulak stated kena buat appointment kat google. after that, if there is an emergency, you have to make an appointment to: ')) then for energy medicine xray all takde? even the name of the animal clinic, wouldn't you expect there to be a severe case like this? why is there not enough medical equipment? Then we sprinted to a nearby animal clinic and my cat died as soon as we got there. thank you for eating our time, and our fault also for not going straight to the private clinic, because your clinic is the earliest to open. he died of internal bleeding, his lungs ruptured. I made a mistake because I thought you guys can at least do something to make her survive. at least vet near private clinic tu try for cpr with ambu bag for 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ helpful staffs, friendly vets, smooth & fast process. sent my injured cat here at 11.00am, came back and took him back at 3pm. needed cleaning, stitches & dressing. the wounds were already infected with maggots and pus. RM60-RM70 only. went to private vet, quotation were up to RM800 ?
