★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the door request u to only press one time the bell. In fact even u press one time and wait for 15min also no one bother u. But the staff see u are outside. Then u press one more time and wait.. continue wait… wonder this is clinic service? Imagine if it is emergency??!!
Totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with this clinic for 3 years already started with 2 cats & now having 10 cats. I can only take care of my 'bulus"2 but whenever they are sick I'll warded them & the clinic can help me to take care of them until fully recovered. Can c that the doctors, staffs are very loving. Information will b shared to us. The clinic is so clean & not smelly at all. No matter how far this clinic from my hse I'll definitely stay with this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, the service has been excellent, and they take great care to thoroughly examine your cat. Although it is quite costly because mine involved xray and blood examination, you are not wasting your money on medicine that will not heal your cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For cats hotel, it would be nice if the clinic can send the owners some videos of the cats during the stay.
For cats treatment, the service is ok. The vets really explain in details to us about our pets' issues, they answer our questions respectfully. The cost sometimes reasonable, sometimes very expensive. It seems like the medicine for my cats' flu not suitable as the cats still sneeze even after 1 week.
