β β β β β I have known many vets charge quite expensive but this vet charges reasonably. Sometimes maybe only the medicine and no consultation charges. Highly recommended.

β β β β β It is a good clinic, the doctor knows his stuff, next to a pet supply store, same owner... But the clinic lacks facilities. Our puppy was terribly injured and needed and x-ray scan in order to determine wether we need to perform surgery... We were instead asked to drive 1 hour away to a Seremban. So they are considered the best in port dickson and i agree but they need to upgrade their facilities... People's pets are their family

β β β β β My appointment is 5pm. I come on time. The staff was busy with other customer. After 15 minutes he ask me wait outside. When I do bring my cat c the vet dr is 6.20pm. And the staff still show me the face of not happy. All the way I only ask around 6 pm when is my turn ?and I come with appointment. the management is poor and service is poor also. I donβt think they will read this review and getting improved.

β β β β β Save your time and money and drive up to Seremban if youβre from PD or think of coming here at all. Coming here is the worst decision you can make. I had a very sick cat with pneumonia hardly able to breathe or anything for that matter. I called to say it was an emergency and got hung up on, called numerous times again and again until I finally walked up to the glass window to ask if they can please have a look. They were at the desk but no body bothered to open up or come. I called and I clearly saw them IGNORE my phone calls as the phone rang. Seriously? The least you can do is be communicative if youβre overbooked or understaffed. Let the families know they possibly need to go elsewhere and donβt keep them waiting and guessing. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. Just terrible.
