On saturday evening, suddenly my dog had a severe epileptic fit. My regular vet was off that day and i panicked. My dog had been on medication for epilepsy. I tried calling a few clinics but they were either closed or closing. Luckily i found that this clinic was still open. On seeing my dog's condition, the receptionist alerted the doctor who came out to take a look. At that time my dog's condition was so bad that i thought he would die. Doc Janice immediately had the dog into the consult and injected medication for epilepsy. My dog was then put on drips. After 10 minutes the fits stopped but my baby was still very weak. After more than an hour, my baby finally regain her consciousness and the nurse started offering food and water. All this while i was trembling with fear because my dot was so precious to me despite her condition. The doctor advised me to return to my regular vet for follow up action. However i requested Doc janice to offer their treatment plan. I continued his treatment here. Up to now, my baby has not had an episode of fit (hopefully not ?) Special thanks to the doctor and all the staffs of the clinic for the dedicated service and for saving my baby.

If you don’t read the whole thing, you only need to know that the vet is INEXPERIENCED. Do not send your pets here for emergencies. Idk what previous reviews of ‘very experienced vet’ had on hand but it seems like it was speaking about puppy nutrition. So no. I brought my dog here following symptoms of swelling at the throat and difficulty with breathing. After a brief chat of my dog’s issue, Dr Janice Tan took blood sample and informed us that this veterinary practice isn’t equipped with X-ray machine, we were then referred to another Clinic Haiwan PETS, senawang, where X-rays were successfully taken, but then we were told to go back to Dr Janice. I was fed up with being thrown everywhere with a dog with potentially life threatening condition, therefore I asked the man at the reception as to why my dog can’t be seen here, the response we got was “this is Dr Tan’s case and we don’t want to take over her business”. I was outraged but kept my cool since my instinct told me that we are probably better off back there because when I asked the vet at this particular practice about what she can tell from the X-rays, she could barely come up with an answer. We were told that Dr Janice Tan is expecting us back at their vet and we should head back now. We quickly headed back worrying that any delay might worsen my dog’s condition. Only to find upon arriving that the practice is closed for lunch for 2 hours. It wasn’t long until a nice nurse working here was passing by outside and agreed to let us leave my dog in the reception so that we could grab some lunch. We left for lunch nearby and received a phone call mid lunch informing us that my dog has passed out. Prior to this the Dr has started to do physical check ups i.e sticking needles into her throat for aspiration without firstly informing us of the procedure or anything at all. Knowing my dog she is very timid and without our presence I am sure she was in a horrified state. We were informed that after putting on oxygen mask she has regained consciousness and there’s nothing to worry about (ARE YOU FK KIDDING?) we quickly finished our lunch and went back to the vet, where she started explaining about the X-rays, she said that there was an apparent obstruction in her airway that is causing difficulty breathing etc, still unable to tell us exactly what the condition is or what the best treatment should be. She layed out a few options for my dog but they were all very high risk and I dare not to let someone who has no idea what was going on to operate on my dog. I have lost faith in this practice there and then and made a decision telling her to prescribed me some anti inflammatory medications, and I will take her to another vet. She said that is fine but went on to give my dog a drip, which is at this point my dog had started turning blue and lost consciousness again. She took the dog into the surgery for CPR and I watched with wrenched heart and a twisted gut, in an extremely distressed state. And after a few minutes she told me that my dog is gone. I broke down not able to believe what just happened because my dog were still able to stand, walk and wanted some treats just minutes ago. I just want to say that we believe that it is largely due to the inexperienced vet, who could’ve just told us that she does not know about the cause and isn’t confident with what is on hand, and we could’ve gone elsewhere instead of pretending to know and continuously giving her medication and performing invasive examinations on my dog without permission. Because we have later found out about my dog’s condition and thought that she would’ve survived if not for the inexperience and lack of knowledge of this vet. I recommend every single pet owner with a serious and emergency case, for the love of your pets, and also because I do not wish another pet owner having to go through the same traumatic experience as I had, please please please do not send your pets here, because I have learned with blood in my hands and a broken heart in my chest, this practice is not able to save your pet.

The 2 star belongs to Doctor they are good and professional, but the clerk called MS WING is super rude to my mother. She called my mom just now and INFORM her change my dog appointment to 12pm caused they have to do surgery. She is not even ask to change but JUST INFORM with not friendly tone. We pay RM 15 just to cut the nails of my dog, but she cut until my dog bleeding , did not apologies at all. After saw its bleeding faster grab the mop to swipe floor.. because afraid next customer will see it. I really hope Clinic can look into it, do not hope to see any customer disappointed due to this SILLY CLERK with no manner attitude.

I had sent my kitten to this clinic last Saturday, the kitten was weak and gasping for air due to food retention. Dr Janice Tan immediately did an emergency rescue, the kitten was in emergency room from 12 something to 6pm. In order to give full attention to my kitten, she had to cancel all afternoon surgery bookings on that day. With her undying effort, the doctor had successfully brought my kitten back to alertness at last, only that I had had to feed him very little milk every two hours as the kitten was too weak to swallow. Anyhow, the doctor had also told me that she was worried about whether the kitten could pull through that night in order to let me have the readiness to face the worst. My kitten did pull through that night, I was so proud of him, only that he was still too weak and when I sent him to another vet clinic the next day for a follow up second anti-inflammation jab as he had taken the first jab from the doctor there two days before he was sent to Dr Janice 's clinic, he didn't make it when he was on a drip. Hearing the bad news was unbearable despite that I had prepared for the worst. Dr Janice's effort in saving my kitten during the emergency and her attentive care given towards my kitten which I had witnessed with my own eyes is something I don't think I would ever forget in my life. It was her undying spirit in saving an animal's life that had made my kitten survive another day which enabled me to talk to my kitten, cared for him for the last time and most importantly heard his last hello ( I talked to his eyes, heard his soft purr each time he turned his head towards me in the car before passing him to others the day he died ). Even after my kitten's passing, Dr Janice Tan whatsapped to ask about my kitten's condition. I was truly grateful for what she had done to bring back my kitten's alertness that day and will always remember her as a very responsible, professional, loving and thoughtful doctor. Thank you so much, Dr Tan...

Don't send your pets over here in case of emergency, they don't care and will still ask you to make appointment. I've been a regular customer more than three years, and I never thought they will not care when my dog needs an urgent check up and treatment. Disappointed and speechless.

HORRENDOUS! I just cannot find the words to describe my feelings. I arrived at 11 am . The attendant tells that the vet is busy until 12.30 and tells me to go elsewhere. After checking the other place and found it closed, I returned to this clinic. This time rhe attendent tells me to wait a while and shortly after that she tells me that the clinic closes at 12.30. Its a rotten place with rotten service culture. Best to avoid it.
