โ โ โ โ โ We went to the clinic this morning in the hopes that they could save our cat's life. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, our cat was unable to be saved. They were also kind enough to wrap our deceased cat for free, despite the fact that the cat had been placed on oxygen.
Thank you on the behalf of my family, the gesture meant a lot to us.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctorโs work procedure is questionable, my cat died here, brought my cat on emergency case referred from UPM, surgery should have been performed soonest but they let my cat endure another night of pain that took her life with just water IV for stabilisation after a shot of pain killer, the doctors doesnโt understand that procedure is there only as guidelines they should act efficiently depending on situation, my cat died because of they decide wrongly, i am truly feel disappointed as they did not do best for my cat life, all they have as a reason is โthey cannot do anything and what they do is normal like othersโ is that acceptable for a cat that life is hanging by the minute enduring birth pain? Truly disappointed ??the clinic is lucky i sign a liability form otherwise gonna give them some lesson learn writ summon, but even the form is still in arguable statement, in short THEY DID NOT DO THE BEST FOR MY CATโS LIFE, from the level of bleeding i just lost my speech, mad & saw their level of incompetency

โ โ โ โ โ THE STAFF WERE COMMITTED TO GREAT SERVICE AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. ENVIRONMENT SO CLEAN WITH A CUTE CAT RESIDENCE. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SERVICE & PRODUCT SO CHEAP OTHER THAN CLINIC & PET SHOP.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there yesterday by WALK IN~ I had appointment the day before in other vet but got cancelled due to some reason, unfortunately the day after my cat's paw that's supposed to be treated bled & ofc I'm panicked.. I googled & called, contact few vets but all need appointment... alhamdulillah it's my last resort to lean on this vet & got to know they accept walk-ins โค๏ธ I'm super duper grateful for them & their heartwarming services, everything was so fast & they're so professional handling my cat even give compliments to me & my cat~ as cat parent we could feel bad that our cat not been taken care well enough but they just make me feel so warm & best cat parent everโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

I can say this is the Best Vet in Town. Thank you so much for your services. My cat gives his regards to all.
