★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly doctors, reasonable price.
Sent my dog for sterilization surgery but im very sad that my dog came home with ticks cuz he spent hours in the cage at the back of the clinic which is smelly and dirty. I solved one problem but came home with another problem. I quickly fed him with Nexgard nut i really hope there is no infestation later. It made me reconsider to pay a visit again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 days of ward with IV Drip, did not feed my cats properly, LEFT MY CAT DIRTY AND THEY HAVE NOT EATEN PROPERLY FOR 3 DAYS ( only 1 biscuit ) only four days in vet prison and my cat cannot survive the virus due to neglect from two vets one malay and one chinese.. did not feed my cat properly, did not bathe them properly.. only bathe them cause scared when we want to take them back..WORST VETS FOR YOUR PETS!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So SMELLY even with mask on, no hygiene, no proper organized clinic which also wall sticking with lots of tourism ads probably collaborate under one store. However it looks MESSY & confusing. Items selling covered with dust of years it seem.
UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR and few STAFF as they rising their voice when question asked seems no patience and very RUDE to give explanation, ego next level.
Price given could also get in a same standard clinic where has more hygienic & cleanliness and friendlier doctor & staffs.
NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to quite a number veterinary but this one is very clean , tidy and very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and polite. All items are neatly arrange. Can purchase dog and cat food n others pet item. Also can get cat and dog food. The treatments fees are quite reasonable. The lodging fee per day is very reasonable.

When first came, the medicine is out of stock, so the staff ask to write our contact details, and she will call us later after the stocks arrived. But sadly after 2 weeks, nobody called. We went there again and eventually they have the stock. Bad service. The place is smelly, no hygiene and unorganized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if your pet wants to strelize, or has a virus, this is not your choice of pet clinic/vet.. the is only one decent doctor there that are somewhat attentive and professional about caring your pet. The other pets neglected my cats, as a result they were not fed properly for fighting the virus and they have become more weaker by the day ( 4 day)... Treat your cat's virus by researching is better than spending money here
