★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is reasonable. The place is so clean and cozy like a real hotel. The owner and staff are responsive, friendly and helpful. I made a very last minute booking before CNY but owner managed to sort out a room for my cat, Ebon. As this is the first time i sent my cat for boarding, I was worried that my cat won't adapt well. However, the Pawradise team gave assurance that my cat would be fine, and sent daily updates to me on my cat. I really appreciate them treating my cat as their own kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really great service!! staff replies fast and friendly, and the place is well run and clean. when i asked for photos to update on her grooming status, they were really happy to give me the peace of mind. beanie smelled so great after the session too hehe will 10/10 recommend to anyone whos considering, price is reasonable, and they rlly take care of ur pets !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The greatest service you can get and the most responsible Cat Hotel ever. I boarded my 3 fur-babies here, after few hours suddenly my unknowingly pregnant cat got sick. They manage the whole admitting process, getting runner to bring her to vet and keep updating the progress. I felt relieved that they able to manage that and not expecting me to come back to get her. Thank you so much.
More, the place is so nice and comfy for my babies!
