First of all, we have to clarify that the dispute arises not because of the amount of RM 5. It's about the lack of transparent practice on billing and the ways that the staffs served their valued customers.
Regarding the promotional voucher, we're not told at first and wonder why we would be abruptly entitled for, other than that, also have doubt on why there're promotional vouchers given by the medical practitioner.
After two (2) times visit, we're sorry to say that it's very disappointed on the services rendered under your management. Hopefully, in future Pelangi can improve their quality of service and practise the transparent billing system, instead of delivering wrong messages while making payment.

We wish to clarify that any perceived error in billing for the services rendered was firstly due to the staff forgetting to give the RM 10 rebate from a promotional voucher for certain vaccines and for selective clients and this was duly corrected on the spot and the rebate given.
The second time was because there was a price increase of RM 5 in charges due to the increase in price of the product by the supplier.
We would be happy to reimburse the amount of RM 5 , that is maintain the price at the old price for you, if the client would care to come and see us.
Once again a big sorry to our little friend and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is horrible, the clinic wait is horrible. Imagine the doctor prioritise seeing a medicine sales person than seeing the next (baby) patient that's sick. For those who wonder why the wait is so long, this is one of the reasons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor able to diagnose my daughter correctly and use appropriate treatments. My baby felt so much better after consumed the medicine and ulcer spray. He prescribed the easy consume ulcer spray for baby and kids, which made my kids to take the medicine easily for fast recovery.
He is a kid-friendly doctor too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surveyed many clinics for my first born to go for her monthly check up. The doctor here is by far the best Ive ever seen. He is very good with kids. Despite the price being pricey, everything here seems good. Not to forget, the cute mini baby shop they have in the clinic :)
