very happy with service at this branch, Ms Lecheme the senior customer relations manager, is very prompt in addressing customers' needs, the other staff members are also very courteous and efficient.

staff ask make appointment for open new account via email. I'm emailed and take time more than 1 week didn't get any date and time. I try emailed 2nd time then I get a phone call via private number, still didn't get any date and time for appointment. the phone call make me annoying because use private number and didn't mention where she call from. just like scammer call ? at the last i take leave and went to branch at 8.30am to waiting they open the door ?? very poor and bad service. if not because company ask for this bank account i will never waste my time for all of this.

During online application, did not mention any documents to bring and did not mention need to make appointment. Very confusing. Also did not have fixed lunch time. People who comes at 2pm suprised when they said lunch time. Wasting time. I was originaly want to open an account but feels not worth it anymore.

Seriously they need to work on customer service, Reached bank at 3:42pm they said we are close now, showed them appointment on app, Lady replied system down. Literally can sence she is bluffing.

Just opened my ASB acc, counter 1 very not professional and bad customer service. She did not assist clearly during the process and when asked sometimes she answered with smirky reaction. She expects me to know everything although it is the first time for me in relation to the ASB things. However all the other staff is friendly and helpful but only she which seems to have attitude problems.

Just open account today, very rude personal banker. Don't know what type of company my company involved, take too long (she really don't know or just make excuse to drag me around 1 hour just open account). She also damage my identification card without telling me. She asked me to sit away from her table (see picture) even have dedicated seat for client next to her table. Also joke about politician name. Really not professional staff.
